In case of any doubt arise in Sludge water quality, the accepting party can refuse to fulfill request.
In case of any dispute arising in connection with Sludge water quality, the control samples should be taken and one of them should be given to independent laboratory. If laboratory confirms, that Sludge is not of appropriate quality, the party, which has delivered the sludge, is obliged to cover all expenses of other party, and also to cover all documenting losses caused during taking this sludge on board of Barge.
